An identifiable person is a natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to a name, identification number, location data, or other specific physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity elements of that person.

II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data
The controller processes personal data that you have provided or personal data that the controller has obtained based on the fulfillment of your order.
The controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.
The controller processes personal data on the basis of a legal reason or legitimate interest, the aim of which is to fulfill the contract.
III. Legal Reason and Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The legal basis for processing personal data is:
- the fulfillment of the contract between you and the controller according to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- the legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing (especially for sending commercial communications and newsletters) according to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
- your consent to the processing for the purposes of providing direct marketing (especially for sending commercial communications and newsletters) according to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in connection with § 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain services of the information society, in case there was no order for goods or services.
The purpose of processing personal data is: - to process your order and perform rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; when ordering, personal data necessary for the successful processing of the order (name and address, contact) is required, providing personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and fulfillment of the contract; without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract or fulfill it on the part of the controller,
- sending commercial communications and performing other marketing activities.
The controller engages in automated individual decision-making as defined by Article 22 GDPR. You have provided your explicit consent to such processing.
IV. Data Retention Period
The controller retains personal data:
- for the duration necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims from these contractual relationships (for 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
- until consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked if personal data is processed on the basis of consent.
After the expiration of the personal data retention period, the controller will delete personal data.
V. Recipients of Personal Data (Subcontractors of the Controller)
Recipients of personal data are individuals:
- involved in the delivery of goods/services/realization of payments based on the contract,
- providing e-shop operating services (Shoptet) and other services in connection with the operation of the e-shop,
- providing marketing services.
The controller intends to transfer personal data to a third country (to a country outside the EU) or an international organization. Recipients of personal data in third countries are providers of mailing services and cloud services.

Under the conditions set forth in the GDPR, you have:
- the right of access to your personal data according to Article 15 GDPR,
- the right to rectification of personal data according to Article 16 GDPR, or restriction of processing according to Article 18 GDPR,
- the right to erasure of personal data according to Article 17 GDPR,
- the right to object to processing according to Article 21 GDPR, and
- the right to data portability according to Article 20 GDPR,
- the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the controller stated in Article III of these terms.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.
VII. Conditions for Securing Personal Data
The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
The controller has implemented technical measures to secure data storage and personal data storage in paper form.
The controller declares that only authorized persons have access to personal data.
