Dental hygiene
The dental hygienist is an independent member of the dental team whose primary responsibility is the professional removal of dental tartar and plaque, which are the main causes of gum inflammation and the development of periodontitis. The main symptoms of gum inflammation include redness, swelling, bleeding, tenderness, and possibly bad breath. It is equally important to teach the client the proper technique for brushing their teeth and to select appropriate tools. The usual frequency of visits to the dental hygienist is twice a year, but this is very individual and depends on the client’s cooperation.
Your smile is our priority.
